  • 1 Room Design Intensive*

    The solution for those on a budget and in a rush looking for a designer’s help with 1 room of their choice!

    What’s included:

    • 1 hour initial consultation at your home (or a video consultation, if you’re a remote client) in which we will come up with a design brief for your space together (lifestyle, needs, budget, style, etc.).

    • 48 hour project delivery** from the scheduled “Design Day”

    • 1 30-minute client video call during the “Design Day” to agree on the design direction.

    • Final Project Package: A Design Board with furniture, fabric, and finish selections, color schemes, floor plan, elevation drawing (if needed), and a complete shopping list.

    • 1 30-minute presentation video call at the end of the 48h design period.

    • Free next-day swap of 2 design selections, ex. lounge chair, coffee table, etc.

    *This service can be scaled up to 3 rooms. Delivery timeline and pricing will be proposed per project.

  • Design Consulting

    Working with a contractor on your bathroom remodel? Tackling your new living room design on your own? You need Designed by So in your corner because these decisions can be intricate, complex, and rife with emotion.

    How does it work:

    • IN PERSON: 1 2.5-hour consultation at your home with Iga, where she will answer your questions, review design selections, and help fill in the design blanks with you.

    • VIRTUAL: 1 30-minute prep call with Iga where she will ask you any necessary questions and review your shopping lists, ideas, contractor issues, etc. We will then schedule a 2 hour virtual consultation for a later date, during which she will present her solutions and answer any remaining questions.

    What most clients receive:*

    • Sketches of Floor Plans

    • Recommended list of Design Updates

    • Shopping list including Iga’s selected recommendations

    • Budget template for an easy purchasing process
